Working in HDS gives a unique contact with three cultures: European, American and Japanese. Especially the last one is for me an interesting and a new element of the corporate environment. I appreciate the fact, that through regular e-mails every employee receives up-to-date information about the latest global strategies and company's successes; without a doubt it closely refers to the motto of our organization, as focused on the modern technologies: 'Inspire the Next'! Relatively small number of employees of the centre in Krakow enables a direct contact with all the colleagues, but also with all the departments. It is possible to get to know deeply the company rules and the scope of accounting and financial transactions. Naturally such structure results in a friendly office atmosphere that can be seen every day! These are only few reasons, which influenced my personal decision about joining Hitachi Data Systems, therefore I would like to encourage everyone with similar professional expectations, to join our team - you will not regret it!
